Coach and Instructor Training Programmes
Become a Coach, Instructor or Leader
Many of us enjoy the sport so much that they can’t resist trying to persuade others to take up the sport, very often getting involved in coaching, teaching or leading. Developing people’s skills is very rewarding and helps to improve your performance as well. Centres are always looking out for staff and are keen to assist their development.
Snowsport Wales manages and delivers The UK Snowsport Awards and as such provides a training and qualification programme for aspiring Instructors, Coaches and Leaders wishing to work throughout the UK through Clubs, Facilities and upon an individual basis. The courses are recognised throughout Great Britain.
Starting up in the Coach Awards Scheme involves firstly registering with a course – click here. To start your training you need to be at least 14yrs old and to be over 16yrs old prior to qualifying.
